Attach Tripod Straps

Hook each strap to the tripod anchor loops located at either side of the sling's base.

Position the Tripod

Lay the tripod parallel to the bottom panel of the sling, centred between the two anchor points.

Wrap and Secure

Wrap each strap around the tripod in the same direction, hooking the other end of each strap to the adjacent anchor points.

Tighten and Check Stability

Pull both straps firmly to tighten. Ensure the tripod is secure and evenly distributed.

I spent 10 unforgettable days on the breathtaking island of Waiheke, just off the coast of New Zealand’s North Island, putting the new Urth 8L Dolomite Sling Bag through its paces. One of the biggest advantages of this slightly larger bag was its capacity — I easily fit my versatile workhorse, the Nikon Z8, the Urth Glass Cleaning Kit, and my trusty Nikon 35mm point-and-shoot inside.

Perfect size

I was looking for a sling big enough to hold my DSLR, two lenses, and a few extras without feeling bulky. This one fits everything perfectly. The padded strap makes it super comfortable even when it’s fully packed.

Great bag that holds my canon r6 plus 100-500 lens attatched ( minus the lens hood. ) it would be even better if it had a zip the went around three sides rather than a straight zip.

OBSESSED

I have been looking for a smaller camera bag for AGES and this one is the GOAT. The fabric is durable and feels expensive, the colour is perfect (I bought the beige), and it fits the essentials perfectly.

I can store my Mirrorless body w a lens on it, film camera w a lens on it + my macro lens in the compartments perfectly. Snug but that feels safe. The two zip compartments still leave enough room for my SD cards, a couple accessories and my car keys & essentials.

Highly recommend!
