The Magnetic Essentials Filter Kit Plus+ delivers four must-have outdoor filters with instant magnetic attachment and unshakable hold for effortless control.

— Magnetic UV Filter Plus+ cuts ultraviolet light, sharpens your photos, and protects your lens against scratches, water, dirt, and fingerprints.

— Magnetic CPL Polarizing Filter Plus+ cuts reflected (polarized) light, which increases contrast and boosts colour saturation and vibrancy.

— Magnetic ND8 Filter Plus+ blocks a fixed 3 f-stops of light allowing longer shutter speeds for long exposure, motion blur effects in low light, and cinematographers can use it to achieve more cinematic effects.

— Magnetic ND1000 Filter Plus+ blocks a fixed 10 f-stops of light for super long exposure and motion blur effects in bright light.

IMPORTANT: Use either the Threaded Magnetic UV Filter or the Threaded Adapter Ring as your base — do not use both together, as the magnets will repel each other and cause rattling or instability.

Great quality and easy to use.

I ordered these to replace standard screw in filters and wow, they are worth the extra to buy them. So quick to put them on, swap them over and remove them. The quality of the glass is excellent and I am delighted with my results.

The only negative is the storage system. I found a simple filter case the best way.

Marvelous set

A few weeks ago I procured the magnetic essential kit. I have only used it once, shooting a long exposure photo at a nearby beach. Easy to use, no leakage of light between the stacked filters (I used two filters on this occasion), sharp pictures. Therefore more than worthwhile to invest in this set of filters. You can also buy step up rings, so that you can use the filters on different lenses. Makes it even cheaper. Pity that the ND64 was not included in this set. I hope that in the near future this issue will be addressed. Should not be too difficult.

Surprisingly good!

I wasn’t sold on the magnetic filters until I was scrambling to get a shot before the light changed. I would have missed the shot if it wasn’t for the quick transitions that magnetic filters allow. Only complaint is that the magnets could be a little stronger. Overall great filters.
