The most perfect city backpack so far, with minor flaws
I bought both the smaller and the larger insert. I use the bag every day, sometimes with sometimes without the inserts. It fits the large insert, all my winter swimming gear, two towels, spare hats and gloves and some groceries with room to spare, all the while not looking bulky. Even when fully packed the weight is distributed evenly and it feels literally weightless even after 1,5h walk.
product development recommendations:
1. Sony a9 with a small lens 50mm or 35mm attached is a bit hard to pull through the side slits. Also it’s not possible to easily open the zippers on the inserts through the side zippers. I tried keeping the inserts open so that the camera would be easily accessible, however the camera is really low in the backpack and there is no padding inside on the sides of the backpack so I worry I will damage the camera. I would suggest making the slits just a tiny bit wider. ??
2. On a backpack clearly meant for city I am missing reflective details. I know it’s a design decision but in my opinion the design has to be functional. I live in Finland where during the dark months you just have to have reflective details. This means I have to attach some to the backpack and so “destroy” the sleek design of the backpack anyway.
My small insert has a small flaw that the zipper cannot be pulled easily across one corner. I have made a reclamation as it’s not the case for other inserts in the store and am getting a replacement. Other than that the backpack is perfect.…
