Attach Lens to Adapter
Align the lens to the adapter, and rotate clockwise until locked.

Mount Adapter to Camera
Attach the adapter to your camera as you would a lens, rotating it clockwise until it clicks into place.

Remove from lens
Tenderly press release button and unscrew lens from adapter by rotating counter-clockwise.

Great, but...
The fit for the camera mount is perfect, but the screw mount was displaced (my focus and aperture indicator were on the left of the lens where they should have been on the top of the lens) and the flange distance was off a bit. When I set the lens to infinity it would focus beyond that so I had to unscrew the screw mount from the adapter and put 4 thin paper pieces in the corners under the screw mount. Luckily, everything works perfectly now but I wasted almost 3 hours fixing the focusing issue
