Set mode to Manual (M) or Aperture Priority (A). Set lens to Manual Focus (MF) if there's an AF/MF switch.

Attach Lens to Adapter

Align the red dots on your lens and adapter, ensuring the adapter focusing pin and lens focusing notch are aligned. Rotate clockwise until locked.

Mount Adapter to Camera

Attach the adapter to your camera as you would a lens, rotating it counter-clockwise until it clicks into place.

Remove from lens

Tenderly press release button and unscrew lens from adapter by rotating counter-clockwise.

The lens adapter Contax G to Nikon Z was delivered a few days ago. I think the adapter is very good. But one thing bothers me about it. It's the lens release. The pen interferes with the focus of the lens. Almost you touch the ring with your left hand from below to adjust the sharpness, you come with your fingers to the release and have to touch it again.
