Set mode to Manual (M) or Aperture Priority (A). In settings, enable "Release Shutter Without Lens". Set lens to Manual Focus (MF) if there's an AF/MF switch.

Before attaching the lens, rotate the adapter’s ring to align the marker with the “>|” (Open) position.

Align the lens to the adapter, and rotate clockwise until locked. If the adapter features a silver base locking ring, rotate it until secure.

Attach the adapter to your camera as you would a lens, rotating it clockwise until it clicks into place.

To adjust the lens aperture, fix the textured ring of the adapter towards the "o<" mark. Then, rotate the lens aperture ring in clockwise and counter-clockwise directions.
I used this adapter to mount some vintage FD lenses on my Canon M200. Being able to use those lenses was a fantastic experience! There is a tiny bit of a learning curve to make sure the aperture is working as indented, but when you get the hang of it everything works smoothly!

Works fine. I have it on canom FD 70-210 f4 macro and there is a bit of woblle between camera mount and adapter. I solwed it with simple thin spacer rubber that cost me like 0.1€
This adapter lets me use my vintage lenses on my mirrorless camera. I see no loss in quality of the lens when attached with this adapter. It is also very sturdy and feels durable.
